Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Holomix, Inc. ("Kairos", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit hikairos.app (the "Website"). It also explains the choices available to you and the rights you may have under applicable law.
Kairos is currently in pre-launch. This policy covers the Website and its early-access waitlist. It does not yet cover a live Kairos product, agent run, approval, payment, or other service that has not been launched.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the fact that you requested early-access updates. If you contact us at support@hikairos.app, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, and request time. We do not use this information to build an advertising profile.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Website.
- To manage the waitlist and send early-access updates you requested.
- To respond to support or other messages you send us.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Hosting, security, or browser technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the Website may still process technical request data.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure, operate, or deliver the Website and email communications, only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Retention
We retain waitlist information while it is useful for early-access communication or as needed to honor your choices and legal obligations. Support correspondence and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, dispute resolution, and security. You may ask us to remove your waitlist email at any time.
6. International transfers
Our service providers or we may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can unsubscribe from early-access updates or request removal by emailing support@hikairos.app. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
10. Third-party links
The Website may link to services we do not operate, including GitHub. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Website or Kairos changes. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
